This small self-catering unit is a self contained extension to the main house and converted from the old creamery outbuilding. It is an ideal base for walkers looking for basic, comfortable accommodation.

Kitchen/Dining area - Features cottage style beamed-ceiling with stone flagged floor and original slate creamery basin. Dining table, Gas Cooker, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine, Sink. Freezer space is also available.

Shower/Hand Basin/Toilet Room.

Bedroom/Sitting Room (13’ * 10’) - Double bed, Sofa, TV and central heating.

	Friday changeovers preferred and short breaks may be considered all year round
	Guests are welcome to use the picnic area and/or patio in the field through the owners garden
	Prices range from £30 a night for 2 self catering to £300 a week in high season
	A NO SMOKING policy applies in all our properties
	Bed linen, a hand towel and tea towels are provided
	Bath towels can be provided at extra charge
	Heating and fuel charges are inclusive when booking direct
	Pets allowed by arrangement. (but may carry a £10.00 charge)
